Construction is delivered by our own company. We control quality, budget and schedule.

We sell some projects through Bee-Home, and keep and operate others ourselves — particularly in hospitality.

Do you work with external investors?
Yes. On selected projects we open up to partners who share our long-term horizon and quality standards.
What is your approach to sustainability?
Energy-efficient buildings in class A0 and above, natural materials, photovoltaics, batteries, heat pumps and water recycling are part of our projects as a default — not an add-on.
In which region do you develop?
Primarily Slovakia — Bratislava, Košice, the High Tatras, Liptov and the Veľká Fatra region. We also have construction experience in the Czech Republic and Poland.
