About BeeCapital
We don't play just one role in real estate. We play all of them.
BeeCapital is the natural continuation of the BeeGroup story — a family-owned holding founded on a construction company that has been operating for over 28 years. Over time, real estate development, rentals and operational services for the buildings we ourselves build or renovate were added to the construction core.
Today we work across the full vertical: we acquire and develop properties, build or refurbish them with our own crew, and then either sell them through our in-house brokerage or keep and operate them — primarily in short- and long-term rentals and hospitality.
Through this model, know-how, quality and value all stay within the group — from the very first sketch to the daily life of a finished building.
